Would be daft NOT to bid now and get all of pfd for what maybe 75p-80p, then they could sell off everything they don't want and could then end up with Batchelors for nothing.

WOW , so no one saw that coming to 17+%. That must be an extra 10-15+Ml extra shares from someone so Who has sold and at what price because we haven't seen any spike in the sp.
Maybe if GD is not removed Oasis will move to a takeover at 65p-75p.
Should see the sp go up today.

Have busted a gut to do everything they can to support GD but I think they are fighting a losing battle, If the analysts day was positive then surely the bod's would have also put that out into the market to boost their man.
So where is it, maybe the brokers /analysts are not playing ball because they also feel as though they are being used by the bod's to help GD.

They said they were going to do this 1-2 months ago, and by placing at 1 for 1 they will be diluting the company by 50% and there will be double the shares , so the sp will come down to about 19p.
For anyone looking to make a quick buck the sp will be at about 19p by the time it all goes live, so you might as well wait and then you might be able to buy some at just under 19p.

Two questions , 1 have the Analysts yet made any reports on the day or are they sitting on them until the AGM but then it would be too late for GD to get any real benefit from them.
Or 2, Are the bod's sitting on the outcome of this day and will not release it because it's not to the bod's advantage.
Surely if you hold an analysts day you want them to produce a positive report asap. so why haven't they.

If you look at the rns I don't think he paid anything for them, they were gifted / granted to him for buying you know who !!!!!

So as of yet NO analysts / broker up-dates from last Thursdays open day, does that mean that they were not impressed by GD 's presentation or they just want to leave their current targets as they were. 35p - 45p ish.

So GD will bolster that up-date with everything he can so they look good, otherwise he's toast.

I did email the company on Friday just to ask which broker's / analysts attended the Thursday and what was the outcome, but needless to say no reply.

So GD plans to give a trading up-date at the AGM , now is that trading up-date going to be given after the vote and once GD is safe or before.
Wouldn't that be a blinder if the gets voted in again first and then delivers a bad Up date with no / little growth.

Yes it is surprising how some companies can sell non performing products and the new buying company can suddenly increase both sales and profit on the same lines.
It's all to do with the quality of the marketers and the support from the bod's.
I like many have been with pfd for about 8 years and not once have I seen them develop and launch a big money spinner brand.

Needs these analysts to give a very positive report and increased sp target well before the 18th / AGM as many will be voting before this date, otherwise all his trouble will / could go to waste.
Get this sp up to 55p - 60p and we will feel better for a while.

So who were these analysts and how many was there , and where are there positive reports?
If GD wants to strengthen his position then surely he needs to get these analysts / price targets out there now well before the 18th July to have any good affect for him.
Just how much does he have to pay them to give a price target of say 55p?

Yes it looks like we have 7+ million sold as long as we get those 7+m back as buys later, but who has been buying Oasis or Nissin?
