Probably as they are concentrating on s.j and flow rates in morocco as this will bring in 1 or 2 hundred million dollars a year, so porters if a company is worth 50mil and no or little income,what makes you think a positive result wont move the share price much?? taking it conservatively, its usual to value a company at at least 4x its income,some are at a high x30 times,so 4x 126m is $504m = £400m ish 8 times more than 11p is 88p plus a rise above that on initial excitement of gas flowing,im sure someone with more business experience than me will have a better explanation,and if thats one/two wells we have a few more to explore,and thats just morocco,keith and others have already posted numerous times the possibilities here,and forwards selling of some gas will easily cover any future costs.
