K3. This is the board of assumption. Why assume they were sat with everyone else? All I will say is you didnt know everyone there or perhaps not as well as you think.

Tonlin. I will not be attending the AGM. I have, over the time I have been invested, e-mailed WRES and called. The response is the same as those from the AGM. FA. I will no longer waste my time. I know someone who has been and there is very little challenge, probably because smoke blowers attend and others know it is a waste of time because he is not Ronseal. 100% agreed. Likewise I will not be apologising for MY company not being led very well. Ask yourself this, is there a chance nothing happens before the AGM? I think there is. I think there is a significant chance. Almost evens against SP changing news pre the AGM. Remember MM said Gold due in June quarter. Is that Q2 or is that a 3 month window that includes at least one day of June either side? He is vague. Then gold in May...now where is that? People have argued that the gold update is out of MMs hands, I agree. So why will it land before the AGM? Steel work delayed, why not the concentrator or all kit stops due to a breakdown or plant problem? Let's call it a teething problem. It is for these reasons, confounded by MMs b/s and love of dilution that the SP is where it is. Production and numbers are now all that will shift this. SP wins.

I am always amazed that people are still surprised by this. The great thing is MM is very very consistent at not delivering surprises. Every day we edge closer to needing more cash, no evidence to the contrary. History and all that...hence the static SP. Magic.

Step 1: Firstly you need the oven luke warm, but not hot, and be prepared to lower the temperature at all times.

Step 2: Add some off the ingredients (rock, licences, kit, choccy biscuits and brooms) into a mixing bowl , but not all, well why would you want steel girders and struts in the mix. Don’t worry about sieving, just smash. This process can be completed over a number of days, weeks months or years. Try to avoid fermentation, other kitchen users will not appreciate this. Tends to cause a stink.

Extra step option:- Photograph the mix, DO NOT distribute. Makes nice memories though.

Step 3: Now, dilute this down.

Step 4: Now give some of the mix away. Note that the mix must still be incomplete at this point.

Step 5: Give it a quick stir, ideally two of three times using a Vox blender or Proactive Mixer

Step 6: Now ring your mum and tell her how amazingly well the mix is coming together.

Step 7: Now dilute some more – your mum will undoubtedly remind you to do this.

Step 8: Now, here is the really important bit, you must leave the mix. It doesn’t matter how long you leave the mix for, just leave it. Busy yourself elsewhere in the kitchen. Perhaps consider having another mix on the go at the same time. Convince yourself that it can be left. This can get confusing, so make sure you have experience. Don’t worry, experience isn’t always necessary, but at least tell yourself (and anyone that will listen) that experience is important and how well you have made this mix before.

Step 9 and 10 are illegible (abrasion due to reading the same lines over and over and over and over again). Fear not, we can bodge it from here or just turn on the Directors Talk smoke machine. Where you see the word ‘value’, just ignore it and move on to step 11.

Step 11: This is now crucial. Pop the ingredients into the luke warm oven. Any signs of sizzling, remove from the oven immediately. Leave for an unspecified time and don’t tell anyone about it.
Step 12: Repeat Steps 1 -11.

Troajan. Longer term it is important. What if we have a mill ozs plus (further drilling required me thinks)? Profit from LP would, and in my view, be well used on developing any gold asset. A substantial gold reserve would also help underpin this shi€€y SP.

GIT. Would he not be on a sticky wicket there? Market sensitive material? Price influencing material? One could argue that such knowledge would allow more mates to buy in or sell out. Unless there is a data lock because of discussions with a JV partner or sell out, the latter may allow wriggle room. Hmmmm.

Moggie. I have tin as 10%. I know someone on here said 20%. I recall Troajan being part of that conversation. I will stick with 10%. No idea where 20% came from, improved recovery rates? Dont know, happy to be pointed towards the info. Closer to 20% works for me.
