Interesting - I have 1.2 with average sustainability on 2.5 ml vol. next stop 1.35 but that may take a bit !!

Don't think anyone can predict this one it seems to do its own thing - news & contracts are the key deliverers.

20% is my personal initial target for any stock, after charges etc - sometimes I hold longer if there are compelling reasons to do so - but in this instance i would be happy cashing in and moving on to another opportunity. After all we are all here to make a return - I have recently moved quite a few other stocks into pharma, small cap, companies who have trials ongoing and have already seen a fantastic return. A lot of research is always required with any stock, EXR not excluded from that, and I believe that over the long term it will perform - I just am in a position where my efforts are channelled elsewhere.

I will let you know when 20% hits and where the money is going !!

Or we may see 4.5 - it's all a matter of opinion as to where this goes in the interim - not forgetting where it was early January - something people don't mention - it has been a great investment and will only get better - DYOR & check out disruptors previous posts on other sites - they are usually NOT invested - i can only assume they are skint or jealous or a combination of both :)
