By the way I have had a reply my MP Sam Gyimah and his letter doesn't say much except to acknowledge our problems and he says "Although I am unable to comment on the actions of a private company's management, I can assure you that Ministers are aware of the concerns you raise"

Hi all I agree with superman7 that we should send £150 directly to the solicitors. Pay into their designated clients account for AMI and we put our name as reference when we make the direct transfer. I appreciate Grant, Matt and others have been doing a sterling job in trying to sort out our few problems. If we all send the money now we can get started sooner.

I agree with superman7 we must take action NOW. Firstly, I think we should contact a barrister to see if we have a case against the company and BOD and their insurers. Secondly, we must start a fighting fund to pay for initial consultation. There are more than 150 investors in this, if everyone initially contributes £100 each that will be £15,000 to pay towards the cost for consultation with a barrister. I am more than happy to send you £100 to start the ball rolling. Any one has any other ideas?
