It all depends when you sold your shares. If you sold your shares before 24th March you would be entitled to final dividend and special dividend. The ex. date was 24th March and payment date was 11th May. I hope this helps.
I have just bought some more and I noticed my broker Hargreaves Lansdown are not charging stamp duty on these - is this correct? Are you paying stamp duty on yours?

rdus Vos and James Goodman, analysts at Barclays, said the risks arising from recent cyber breaches “should not be understated”. However they added: ”It appears to us that both Neteller and Skrill suffered one historical data breach each in 2009/10 that were professionally and robustly dealt with at the time.”
They said there was no reason to assume further breaches had gone undetected, and described the early decline in Optimal’s share price as “disproportionate, although understandable”.
This share is so frustrating – we know this has great potential but somehow has gone unnoticed. I expected this to be trading now between £3.80 - £4.50 but we are still struggling around £3.40 Anyone can shed any light as to why?
