Just for the clarity of those watching Red, Bolgas has now revealed he is Dlg3 on ADVFN. Dlg3 was banned from normal RedT threads (that is why ADVFN is better) earlier this year for ramping Red, he then sold got the hump now is excessively ranting and deramping Red on "his" thread. A bit sad really.

Faramog, well played that man, to be clear I will not criticise your motives or that sucess, I am envious. Normally I do exactly this however due to a set of life circumstances earlier this year I did not trade. With RedT I feel I have another agenda as a reason I want it to suceed and that being the enviromental niche it holds, and I'd like a British (European / Australian nods) to be at the forefront.

The difference is that when I sell I never revisit until I buy again (if I do) and I refuse to deramp. This is the behaviour I really get annoyed by. I have been known to shout out against a ramp though as P&D is just as bad.

Of course it does, the volume of active posters in comparison to those that reads these threads is massively different. On ADVFN click counters can be added that show how many reads a thread gets and from which countries. It is staggering how many people read only. BUT that is not the point, my real point is why, why return to a thread these people have zero shares?

I realise this faramog, as Short term the SP is entirely dependent on the German deal going through and within that deal will be the manufacturing upgrade and strategic partner announced to go with this. A completion date of 31st December was agreed and that alone will drive the price up, or down.

You can reasonably expect the Anglian Gen 3 delivery to be announced this year as well. (this will be just noise)

According to the PDF on Red’s own site the accounts delivered in May state this:

Operating loss = Eur7.9

In short NO. I tried to understand where we might be vulnerable to a fundraise a couple weeks ago, didn't post it here as the accumulative knowledge with you people is massive. Safestocks article last week said not until June, so I’ll tip my hat into the ring. I will base the figures using the company’s own trading update and figures released on 19th September:

December 31st 2017 the cash remaining was A$18.0 mil
January 2018 the cash raised through the offer was A$68.4 mil making A$86.4
June 30th 2018 the cash remaining was A$42.8 mil
So cash burn of A$43.6

During the accounting period Fleet and Automotive generated A$25mil total revenue was A$30.7mil IF there was no increase in revenue during this period (and these had doubled on the 2017 reports) we can GUESS the same revenue was / will be generated

According to these figures in January 2018 SEE will still have a balance of A$29.9mil

Additionally, the period had one off construction and development costs during 2017 that will not be repeated this last year so the current burn should be materially less and I suspect that incomes will be higher and the actual balance in excess of A$34mil.

Lastly receivables seem to be booked June to December because cash position was A$21.47 30 June 2017 and A$18 December 31st so the receivables are more likely to be accounted for during that period.

The above is based in figures released by the company, and would seem the company indicate a fundraise starting in March, however it gives no accreditation of increased revenues. Speculation hinted at by both Cenkos and Semicast that revenues are likely to be higher than the forecast A$35mil then the need for any finance recedes further.

I feel the partner is part of the conditional agreement prior to the contract. Partner- Jabil - German order finalised. I suspect we get it all in one RNS and yes I agree it must be a target to get closed before Christmas.

We also should get the first Gen 3 units delivered to Anglian as well.

I do not think they will be dead in the water, but it will subdue the SP further still. If it all slots in as we hope the rise could be quite staggering and todays SP will be a bargain. This does sound rampy but after close on a Friday I feel an appropriate time to speculate such matters.

It is all about the German deal for the short term nothing else. The rest is just noise.

Its odd faramog but you seem more confident about the German deal than me. Brexit and all the negativity has hit my optimism hard and I am currently in the corner with my foil hat on!

I personally think it is a large portion of the general PI sell mania sweeping many stocks and hitting those shares with the most ??? marks on them, of which Red has a capital ? on it atm. If it takes another hit I'll hold as there is no fool like an old fool also I actually feel it will come good. People keep knocking Scott but I have met the guy, listened to him talk and I like what I hear, sure he can be wayward with his timescales, but to me he has hit all he promised (sometimes a bit late).

I have even googled "Faramog" to understand how my comments could be snide - I still do not understand.
