RE: Billion pound company8 Jun 2020 09:57
Buffet, this will be above 30p (on a spike) within 12 months courtesy of NCAP timescales IF most of Beefcakes list comes to fruition. Share market valuations are based on the likeness of future business. High end sales with Merc, BMW, et al will provide that pipeline way before this company actually achieves that worth.
For an example have a look at the ITM story, linked with Linde that share has gone from 30p to 300p valuation based on future sales. Its current SP puts it at a 1.7 Billion company, then take a brief read through todays ITM RNS for a perspective and valuation of today’s actual worth. Why has ITM rocketed? It’s based on future sales and the possibility of that company being a success in the future, that is the story the market loves. Other similarities include a dinosaur like BOD lambasted for poor historical delivery, I’m sure that similarity rings a bell with SEE.
Meanwhile we struggle to make it above 3p because our own CEO is discredited with his imminent blunder, and SEYE muddying the picture (they will win some of the contracts, but what? ) I believe PM has the product to turn the company image around and his personality trait emboldens that belief. The NCAP dates and pipeline sales almost guarantee it IF, (underline IF) SEE secures the high profile deals and that is what the market wants, not contracts for stupid low valuations but actual models on the road and pipeline sales lined up with the better companies.
