Being a LTH I too am disappointed with the potential for yet more dilution. However, if the stated objective is to become a global player then I guess they need to have the means to make the right acquisitions in a timely fashion. What really bugs me is the constant reference to having a strengthening balance sheet and access to bank finance. To me it is clear that almost all AIM companies cannot get a good deal with finance, which often involves giving out cheap shares / warrants etc to get the deal done. Maybe Leon has had enough with lenders getting fantastic deals where their risk is now minimal with JLP. He should come out and say that it's still too difficult to get the finance and that equity raises are still the lesser of the evils.

Taking the discounting theory one stage further it would also seem logical for the accumulating company [same as the Irosta buying company] to give a monetary reward to RY & Co for their part in this scam, or am I not allowed to mention this

Just thinking but if the bid for Irosta is made by the same outfit that has been accumulating shares, then any proceeds from the sale returned to shareholders will also be returned to the same company buying Irosta, so if they were to hold a large % of the shares in issue would stand to get the nickel deposit at an even cheaper price.

Maybe Norilsk are going to make a really cheap bid just as the Ruskies invade Ukraine and most shareholders start to panic

3Cardbag, the manipulation seems the same on many shares I have invested in. When it becomes obvious that the company is likely to succeed, i.e. the risk is removed, the SP also seems to get held back or even hammered. I have always assumed this is to let the 1st class institutional and HNWI's onto the train well before the destination is reached!!!

As I said much of the ammonia will be exported for using in fuel cells around the world. NEON city will probably just be a customer for some of it.
