so instead off agruing about silly stuff now are they runing low....quite posisbly monday and new data will tell (still nothing today) i persoanlly think they almost ran out on the last RNS...they had circa 12% before which is dangerously low

and next thing so what next?

1. chinese give us 80 million quid to sod off
2. BIT engaged (warrants 1.25p) will get circa 1.5 million plus from them if engaged (MCAP 3million)(other projects engaged whilst waiting)

if BIT engaged what happens?

1.they panic at 1.5 billion....give us license sell to kenmare....80 million quid (they have depleting ore% remeber)
2. goes to court they lose and bankrupt themselves.....(we have good case)
3. or we lose and crap out (jarvis lose 1million) (align lose 500k)

but you argue about silly stuff

from what i can gather and im NO LAWYER we were looking like we were going to win the case as some off there evidence was thrown out (at this time they had accepted the juristiction off the english high court)....they then decided to do a case in mozambique....which they miracoulously won...surprise there....but they didnt aparently tell the judge in moz that they had accepeted the juristition off the english high court and that seems to be the cruix for there mozamgue court case as it maybe invalid....not that it matters to much as we won the high court judgement....and were now going for the moz goverment and not the general...best thing that ever happened to us was them moving the licence :-) all IMHO and pls DYOR!!!!!!
