1st diamond mine? wow thats a statement...lahk south for pinks or kohmo both will take time....but can be good if it comes off there are alot off kimberlites but

1. do they contain diamonds....
2. are they off commercial size

but they have so many kimberlites the chances are that they will have one maybe more....

2.generate funds via placing (last mid feb (hint))
