and since the legal opinion was 55-60% and that was BEFORE they moved the licence to TZM maybe circa 65-70% now thats the chance off winning!!! usual BIT circa 40-45% so the cheapest option for them for me is to give use the 80 million squid to sod off...we have the initial investment and 33 million ish in tax breaks/loss so it will be mostly tax free or cash to mcap or there abouts ill let you do the maths :-) DYOR again pls!!!!!!

if not BIT engaged then

1. early fold by MOZ licence back (80-120 million) plus damages (100 million)+legal
2. goes all way 1.5 billion...moz goes bankrupt (15 billion GDP)
3.lose BIT ****ed....but will have side projects running so should still be up in value from here!!!

so even the worst outcome i personnaly dont think it will anything other than silly telephone numbers

which give an mcap off 486 million? wow now im fairly new was it actually worth at one point that much? or are my numbers off really havnt looked that far back

will probably 'go' at next RNS if it is what we think it will be....placing feb 19th (2 weeks friday) but think there running out off cash and will need a top up if accounts correct (or they expect to have spent most off it by 19th feb).(maybe 1-3 months after who knows)..patience....sit back relax .....drink beer......
