question i have are they now going to go whole hog for the 1.5 billion? the case % is that high....uk high court judgement.....moz court was rubbish as it they accepted the uk juristiction before and didnt tell judge apparently (not good would off probably not off taken case)....and they have moved the licence again....and it looks like they are trying to hide assets....as in giving stuff to there friends to hide....???? someone said something about them tranfesfering licenses if i rememeber.....lets see how this plays out :-)

and its not a gamble 1 million shares is 0.2% off the company why would an RNS be required? by the FT data no major over the 3% has bought / sold any for ages!!!!!!

still no RNS 6 weeks into the new years placing way over the 90 days now .... we have a had 5 mnths talks with chinesse...im beginning to think something is holding it up now...should off been engaged way before and the 80 million for the license is a very generous offer....

yup should be a 90 day legal thing but i did say PLUS didnt i.....but they have to do it correctly and double...tripple check it as if its not right you go straight back to square one....BIT legal thing but it should be close as the company needs cash SOON as the accounts show most off the cash will be spent by the end off the year....so back to feeding squirrels...better than knitting

but most importantly AIM is HIGH risk so you have to constantly assess the risk weither it goes up or down with each RNS and decide if you need to correct your shareholding accordinly

9.70% or near enought shares held by majors/fundies/directors
10.directors paid in shares...very little in wages
11.MCAP 3million or buttons
12. 621 million BIT claim++++(now 1.5 billion)
13. maybe get bought out off the licence claim for 80 million squid
