now IF volvo is involved still in some way or they have some sort off JV (are they sharing costs??)it needs to be confirmed via an RNS

but again we are expecting good news or x10+ (if the damn things comes in) (110 million dollars 80 million sterling) cash to MCAP 15p or x28 times current share price.....or licence which must be circa 120-190 million sterling (120 million cash/mcap 28p or x42 times share price....well that off course relies on good news etc....sigh and the wait goes....on...and on....and on....zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

again its not about share price its about MCAP with AIM shares ours is 2.8 million 10% placing is 280k hardly enought to keeep lights on...now the damn thing WAS at 0.9 and going upwards quite happily.....until silly buggers.....now if the x2 mcap (1.05)a 10% placing would give us 560k which would be enought to keep the lights on....MORONS!!!

My one slight fear is that without takers for the 100.38m warrants/options due this year and the WC this provides there could be an issue at a discount to current SP with attached warrants in 18 to 24 months. Perhaps this is more relevant to the 41.8m to Professional Advisors as it move them from the 1.5p position

if this happens i for one will hit the roof if placing shares are offered at a discount without being offered to other shareholders as well and with some sort off provision that there warrant price is reduced....(i do have a few)

yup getting silly now 4 months since news....if gets to 5 mnths alot off folk will lose there warrants......they can still do a placing at will...so ild imagine if no news soonish....they would need cash....or a placing....as someone said getting the shares is 10% off the battle holding them till news is the 90% which is the hard bit...only time will tell...GLA and have a nice weekend...see what next week brings
