so if the claim is determined to be bad do we also get the MIN amount or 24 million? so how that reads is that if its good we get 24 million or if its bad we get 24 million MIN?? as the claim can be determined to be good or bad?

now it was NET recoveries now they have COSTS but they seem to have added the wonderfull word DETERMINATION :-)

NPV or profit over mine was 1 billion a year or 2 ago it was a quick calc i did 3-4 billion seems its now 10-15 billion usa dollars

this has been going on so long the mineral prices are up 2-4 times since that was done
