now 2.5 million buys a nice mining licence.....mcap up from that x3 to x4 placing and away we go just on that...a minning company with a decent licence is a bout 6-12 million mcap pre drilling

so they had a tiny 3 month due dillegence then ...yet another 1 month extension....then we have yet another one?????

they have accepted the due dillegence and signed off on it now...all that remains is the shareholder acceptance i do not know why they would have any reason not to proceed with that at present? thats 2 million squid then there the .5 million placing so effectivly theres 2.5 million in the bank at present the company (shell) is worth .75-1.5 million no DEBT so the assest not excluding the CLAIM are in fact exceeding the mcap...LOL
