Im sorry mr basse i have been designing oil/gas for 20-30 years now and im good at fixing stuff thats messed up and i did the study for the project ....was taken off etc cant say at mo (LOL) ...all i can say is much cheapness many bargins....LOL...cost thing....that module design is REQUIRED for the MOZ LNG .....THAT we need for the 1.5 billion....juice lol

All i could do is study for 2-3 month to see if it can be fixed....(thats if it is as bad as i think).....indian engineers (think tsb data thing wow that was fun if you know banking).....and prep for next year to try and fix in a small window next year...when if thaws in feb + till sept again

Further to the announcement on 11 May 2023 regarding the approval by shareholders of the disposal of IM Minerals Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pathfinder, to Acumen Advisory Group LLC ("AAG") (the "Disposal") and, with it, the rights to bring a claim against the Government of Mozambique for the expropriation of Mining Concession 4623C (the "Claim"), the Company has been notified by solicitors acting for AAG that AAG should be ready to complete,(aag solicitors are ready? and wonder why delay?(should be lawyers)) and therefore pay the £2 million due on completion, later this week. A further announcement will be made on completion and receipt of funds.

A further announcement will be made once the Company has received the funds.

Still nothing.......comedy now......now is there a legal reason they now cant complete his? hence the 4 months off meeting delays and almost 1 month to just simply finsh this?......delay....delay..delay.....

now as a main shareholder can the 'acting directors' finish this process legally or not? now can we stop the delays and complete or dont complete....i have an LNG to fix might be able to negotiate a tiny % off gas rev :_)
