but the biggie for me would be if they tied into the settlement the enviromental permit to stimualte the wells again....now that would really boost the value off the share price....morning GLA and ill leave you with that thought as you have your toast :-)

and for those saying align wont settle for 25 million one i dont think its upto them there major shareholders but i dont see them on the board or legal team so they have no say as far as i know

and they seem to think the settlement will be 50 million plus costs and legal fees but we will find out pretty damn soon

old school if you check the court details you will find that the moz court did not know that the general and co had acepted the juristriction off he london court before it made its verdict which brings into question the legality off the moz ruling apparently they didnt tell the judge that naughty .......

dangler a tr1 its a change in share ownership for those over a certain percentage but if they are already over that and they change by x amount they will also issue a tr1 last one see below
