the fact that folk let a director own more than 50% off a company is stupidty as from 30-50% holding you must make an offer for the company but after 50% you dont (rto and let him have 50%+)and can do what ever you like with the company as its effectivly 'yours' things like taking it off the aim market as you no longer need to have placings etc and the company is now profitable by its self

john gunn owns directly now 20.01%
gis owns 6.2% off which john gunn owns 50% as 50% shareholder
john gunn transfered 2.4% from gis to himself recently(at premium)

so octangonal which owns gis only has a 6.2 stake just because the same guy owns or has majority shareholding in both dont think that gis 'owns' inspirt

but the people that own the company are the shareholders off which there are 74% other than JG

Ascent is the Operator of the Petišovci Project which lies in the north-eastern corner of Slovenia on the borders with Hungary and Croatia.
Ascent holds a 75% interest in the Petišovci Project and its Joint Venture (“JV”) partner Geoenergo holds the remaining 25%. The current concession was awarded to Geoenergo in 2002 and is due for renewal in 2022.
Ascent has been involved in the project since 2007 and has spent approx. €50 million to the end of 2018. Ascent is liable for 100% of the costs and will receive 90% of the revenues until all costs are recovered.
Following a 3D seismic survey of the area in 2009, two wells, Pg-10 and Pg-11, were drilled in 2010/2011. Pg-11 was side-tracked for technical reasons, becoming Pg-11A.
These wells demonstrated that gas could be flowed in commercial volumes from previously unproduced (Pg-10) and previously undiscovered (Pg-11A) reservoirs. RPS energy performed an independent volumetric assessment of the field and verified P50 contingent gas resources of 456 Bcf.
Development of the field and bringing gas to market has been taking place in two phases.

The settlement will depend on several fronts ie:
1, To leave Slovenia Project (Max Pay out ).75m
2,To stay in Slovenia with 5 year extension but submit an EIA (MID Pay out).50m
3, Stay in Slovenia with permits not required and extension of 5 years (Min Pay out).20-35m
Slovenia do not want Arbitration but are also not going to just throw money at AST, Amicable is the operative word. AIMHO

but 4. worst case BIT case goes longer but seems they want to settle we shall see.....

yup shorters the spike from 18 dec that was me buying my initail 1% kinda hard to buy in volume here without it raising a bit stayed flat for a while as the stocks really sticky as everyone knows what the possiblites are with this but as i said looks like our friends in spreadex have taken the opertunity to slowly drop it at 5% a day with a nice low volume short....all imho

well there slowly selling at low amounts someone putting silly sells in to drive price down and spreadex are kinda know for shorting with there positions but as you say each has there theory but someone has slowly droped it from 6.5 to where it is now.....someone shaking the tree before news? who knows but its happening

so feasbility study for 2nd half this year and prepaid too as the funds have been from a previous fund raise

so buy last year drill then jorc and into study in just over a year these guys arnt messing around...

and if there selling the gas also would make sense the 'new found pressure' in the wells....next 2 weeks could be interesting to say the least GLA.....and fingers crossed :-)

list2309 if ascent would be leaving slovenia that would expalin the 120 million as well could be a nice payday after all no asset but millions in bank and moving into cuba....but no more slovenia goverment which would probably be the best due to possible 'bad blood' or the past....i like it even more
