well there asking for 50 million and you always go into a negotiation asking for more than what you want...unless your teressa may and a complete fool.....so they will probably go for circa 35 million ish..(align wants more than 25million)...with just pure cash is x2.6 from here or 32p per share but share price depends on herd or sentiment at the time the 35million ish will be more than enought to progress things for them all imho etc etc GLA and DYOR!!!!
