Greenhills, your posts are becoming increasingly desperate. Do you actually realise how you sound these days? Are you a conspiracy theorist by any chance?
Whoever is selling seems to have an enormous number of shares to shift. I now think that it is one of the large holders who hasn't bothered to update the market about how many shares he has left. Over ten million shares have been sold in the last month and I just don't think that private investors have been doing all the selling.
Every time there is some decent buying, somebody dumps a pile of shares. To whoever is doing this, why don't you hold off selling for a month and you will be able to sell for a much higher price?
Dcode, the "talks" about fund raisings at 2p and 2.5p are figures plucked from the imagination of a single poster here whos has sold all his shares.
Greenhills, do you have any evidence whatsoever to back up your claim that there will be a placing? Or are you just scare mongering which I think is much more likely.
Liam, given the number of shares sold in the last month, I am convinced that one of the big holders has been selling out. Am I right in saying that the shareholder does not need to inform anyone until he has finished selling? I have seen a big shareholder sell out of another company who didn't bother to inform anyone until months later.
Spurs, are you for real? Hvo lost over £5m in the last six months. Don't you understand company accounts?
Spurs, strangely enough, I prefer companies which make profits like mrs rather than companies like hvo which make huge losses.
Spurs, are you guaranteeing that hvo will hit £3 next year? .
Spurs, It's easy to never realise a loss if you refuse to sell shares at less than you paid for them.
There's obviously no need to ask how many shares Greenhills now holds.
A surprisingly good performance today by the share price on a day when most share prices are falling.
Every time there is a promising rally, somebody dumps a pile of shares. It is really annoying. I presume that this is a forced seller because who else would want to sell at this price. We will just have to wait until the seller runs out of shares but he seems to have a helluva lot.
Good find, I5gotnocash. All we need is a few more investors to become aware of mrs.
A ten percent drop is usually regarded as a correction. A bull market can have quite a few of these without breaking the upward trend. Very small companies or speculative companies can easily fall 20% in a correction. In a real bear market, speculative companies can be expected to fall 50% or more.
Chilston, the normal definition of a bear market is a fall of 20% or more, so this doesn't qualify as a bear market yet. It feels more like a correction to me. Corrections don't last very long but bear markets last on average ten months.
I'm holding off buying until I see what investments they have made. They said that will only take a week, so not long to wait.
At least this explains why the share price has done nothing after the recent update.
The debt will be paid off over the next 3 years using the free cash flow from the business. Once the debt load starts to decrease, the shares will be re-rated. Even a very modest pe ratio of 8 would result in a huge increase in the share price.
I give up. It is blatantly obvious that nobody here can actually count.
