Gotnomoney, isn't it a bit depressing being negative all the time about everything? Some people say a glass is half full, others say a glass is half empty but you see the glass as being totally empty.
Jackie, you're talking rubbish. I bought 725,000 shares today. You can see all of my trades.
Matt, that is exactly my opinion too. I've added quite a few shares today.
That seller is allowing me to accumulate shares at a decent size and price. If I wait until the seller has cleared, I wouldn't be able to buy the amount of shares I want.
The constant selling is putting off buyers. Does anybody know how many shares are left in the share overhang?
It looks like that there will shortly be some accountancy jobs available in this company. Perhaps I should apply. I'm not actually an accountant, but what the hell, this company doesn't seem to mind.
I just sold 25000. Hopefully, this will keep me under 3%. Usually, when I double my money on a share, I sell some to take some profits. This is the first share that I have ever owned where I didn't want sell any shares after it doubled. This shows how confident I am about this share. I still think ffwd is massively undervalued.
I think I'll just sell a few. My exposure here is pretty big now anyway. This is now my biggest holding by far.
The problem with that approach is that I could still be deemed to have control of more than 3% of the company. I am not sure of the legal position in that case.
The problem is that I'll have to reveal my name which I don't particularly want to do.
I wish the company would stop buying back shares. My percentage shareholding is being pushed higher and higher. I am now up to 2.99%. I do not wish to breach 3% because of the hassle involved. I'll now have to start selling some shares here which I don't want to do.
The share price chart now looks absolutely awful. I thought that the price would stabilise at the 2p mark but there doesn't appear to be any support at this level at all. The next big support level is at 1.2p.
Myfairlady, doing a share buyback at a premium to nav would indeed cause the nav to decline. The reason the share buyback is happening is because the current share price is far below the actual nav per share. The directors have a much better idea of what the real nav is than anyone else.
Buyihiselllo, ffwd has 3m shares in nuuvera. With Nuuvera at 7.30 canadian dollars, this stake is worth 12.6m.
V2cola, everybody has realised that this company is the biggest pile of dogshit on the stock market. Just read the latest set of results and weep.
Getting closer to my buy price of 1p.
The problem for Distil is that there is no valuation support for the shares at this price. The price assumes that the brands are takeover targets. But what happens if nobody is interested in buying the brands?
I don't believe anything the directors of this company say about anything. I notice that the pump and dump merchants have moved on from this stock. It probably got too boring for them once previous holders of this company had their say.
The shares are now 12.5p to buy and are now in the money. If the ordinary shares rise 5%, the subscription shares should quintuple.
I have been accumulating the subscription shares for a while. They are currently 12.5p to buy and I think they represent exceptional value at this price. If the shares rise 5%, the subscription shares should quintuple.
