Definitely not. That would make better fertiliser! Written off the lot so I might just have to write something back after the next figures if they actually show a profit after the snouts have come out of the trough.
...in this raise. It assumes (!) Pers 1 is a gusher and offers us scope to develop the CERP interests at the same time as proceeding with Pers 2 etc. This gives us the makings of a balanced portfolio rather quickly. Wonderful, if it all works out.
who would say yes to a buyout before we have a full story re WN? impossible to put a value on this until then.
What choice de we have?
...comes around. Time for BERI to have its time in the sun at last. I am in no rush to sell/
...I believe that our Mr Bolton will agree to give away half of Bhukia to the Rajasthan Govt just for the chance to prospect. And he would be right. That would be rewarding them for their atrocious behaviour. He should bear in mind that PAT has lost years of possible benefit had they behaved appropriately.
Total mkt cap today c£42M. The stake in Rathlin must now be worth north of £50M and then there's all the other producing wells and prospects. When the flow tests etc here are complete and satisfactory, the stake in Rathlin could easily be worth upward of double. Today's reaction was churlish but understandable. If you had punted at .40 with borrowed funds and could see .55 days after, you would be foolish not to say: THANKS and ta ta. I am heavily into these now and intend to hold until the divis start flowing at the very least. I would not be surprised if there is a 10 for 1 or even a 25 for 1 consolidation before a divi is declared and we could be sitting on a mound of cash. Keep the faith.
I hate the words 'no brainer' for obvious reasons but ... I have just HAD to average down at this SP. Why wouldn't you? This is now substantially derisked and our holding in Rathlin is worth far more than our entire capitalisation - IMHO!!!!
Real risk of being bought out cheaply by another IT before one of our successful investments list.
must come with clean hands. That is an ancient maxim of English law and an injunction (or even a stay) is an equitable remedy.
Since the activists have had plenty of time to mount this challenge without causing the massive loss to BPC that would now be caused, my years in the law tells me they should fail.
... which I interpret as good news. They want a lower price for their clients in the know to get in cheap.
....!
....send this SP rocketing. lets hope!!
Delighted by your knowledge and kind response. I also heard that if the two senators to be elected in
Georgia state are both Bidens, there is a likelihood that cannabis will be legalised over there. That would also make a huge difference to our SP.
i
sold part at 17.5. now well ahead and looking for 50p. Makes up for one of more losers.
typical research co. Never likely to make profit [says so] and will exist only by increasing capital value of assets and selling them. has already had a consolidation of share cap. Not unusual but really not for widows [or widowers ] and orphans.
wouldn't be surprised if we are being shorted. They are betting against S&S. Is that brave or just reckless?
...Just creamed off profit elsewhere (cannot say that often) and topped up here to the 100,000. Expecting great things in 6-18 months.
phuckerty - I hope you are right but this ***** has let me down too often for too long. Good luck. I shall wait and see.
RNST -I hope you are wrong about WN. Why would they spend too long on it when they already had enough info to know it was a winner and they just moved on with finding a route to Kirkham Abbey? I have to say that the SP reaction sides with your interpretation but ....
