...strongly suspect KLK Cronies will be in at the off and hoover up the 'cheap' start of 11p Sell 18p Buy. Since KLK will only release to the market the bare minimum of (I believe) 10% of cap, market makers will have a rather fine time and I can see these settling after a few days at 22-25p with VERY little stock around. GLA.

...outright bid by Chinese. They have done their sums and may reckon 10-12p a share is cheaper.

And don't forget AM has history of getting the best out of this type of situation,which is why he got the job. I am way down and not a bull or a ramper. Just haven't lost all hope!

... very conservatively valued here for at least two reasons:
(1) all assets are Tier 3 i.e unquoted and
(2) useful to keep valuation down so when /if assets eventually sold it creates serious capital gain which is good for share price going forward.

Holding these long term has been tremendous (OVER A DECADE)and if I was stupid enough to sell, what would I do with the proceeds? stick them in the bank and get 0.1%?

It looks like the RNS is fulfilling the requirement in the Dec webinar for the Prof to retire to prevent a conflict of interests. If this is so, chitin venture is now on the blocks. I reckon it's worth diddly squat now bar the fact it has a main market listing. That could be worth a few bob to successful private cos looking to go public. I don't know what became of the chitin fiasco but it is probably safe to assume at this stage they would rather not be reminded of it. Let's hope there's an English Tesla just waiting for a nice full listing on the cheap!!

The Share Centre has merged up and I have changed to Fidelity. Eight of my holdings including this are not supported so were sold and a total of £160 swiped in commission!!! Anyway, I have started a simple account with Jarvis with a bit of extra cash and bought much fewer of these and NCCL just to maintain an interest. All part of life's rich pattern.

Surely if co decided to change mind and RNS the gusher early, before the case is heard, it would be 'rather persuasive' for the court to dismiss the ruddy environmentalists' claim!
