Obviously the route to selling the assets has somewhat changed.

It's possible the buyer was trying to spin negotiations out to ultimately reduce purchase price.

When the assets have been valued ,for example by Wainwright,its nigh on impossible to accept say 20% of that price.

Who would take such a haircut on their house.

Obviously this situation is more complex but perhaps the BODs are trying to ensure a reasonable offer is forthcoming.

Hopefully their new strategy will prove successful.

Made a quick profit on Man group today and bought a load more here at the close of trading.

Hopefully will stay around this price while I continue to accumulate.

I think this seems a good investment but it's just my opinion.

Hi,just sold my shares,got to happy ,had them for about 150 minutes,made £94.52.

As Einstein said, compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world.

Reading the RNS,all seems fine with a cautious approach to fund management.

Seems a decent chance that in 2/3 years time the dividend will get a boost.

Got some more with pension tax rebate late yesterday.

Hopefully the pound will not increase much more against the dollar as a lot of revenue comes from the USA.

Perhaps in the medium term the dividend may increase even though it's near 10% now.

I think you and I are in the same situation with Eurasia.

30p and I can retire,with plenty to live on.

The assets should be sold at a reasonable price which is most likely north of 30p a share.
