Bought again at 16.24 , showing as a sell, think I got a good price!

Hi all, let's hope we get a sale agreed this coming year,BUT only at a sensible price.

I would like to think the war will start to deescalate in the next few months.

When the political situation improves,I believe a sale deal can then quickly follow.

I read an article on the oil price website which stated how important the mineral peroskite could become for improving solar power efficiency.

I think the value of this has been totally overlooked.Anyway just a thought.

I think the renewables sector has become unloved,which helps explain the current SP.

But going forward SEIT may keep increasing dividend albeit slowly as they previously stated.

In the coming year both inflation and interest rates should moderate which will improve SEITs prospects.

I intend to keep buying when possible and while the SP is at current levels.

Just bought a few minutes ago,happy pretty much with any sub 60p price.

Will add from next week with pension tax credit and then later with dividend,so hoping for a cheap buy price in the near term.

Personally I think this is a good business model.

Energy efficiency and security is of upmost importance.

Many companies can find it difficult to grow the turnover so making cost savings becomes the only game in town.

The last company update seems encouraging and obviously interest rates cuts in future will only help.

At 12% dividend,if reinvesting then in time share price average will most likely all come good.

Looking to hold for a good few years so pretty relaxed unless of course there is a radical rethink of dividend payout.

But even if halved its still currently yielding over 6%.

Who knows,next year the dividend may be increased,that would be nice!!

No bad news so assume the business is doing fine.

Bought first thing,showing as a sell.

Assuming the dividend comes next month then purchase price will seem like 49p.

Hopefully some stability will occur at this level as the dividend yield is now pretty good.

It looks like the geo political situation is rapidly changing.

Chance of hostilities reducing in the near term seems to be increasing.

Outlook for Eurasia mining is obviously closely linked to the war,so can see an improvement to SP coming soon.

For me chance of sale deal within the next 6 months has radically improved.

Trump has a point to prove in ending the war and I think every tool he has in the box will be used.

I'm definitely not a Trump fan, he's an absolute disaster for the climate,but I do believe he will be crucial in perhaps brokering a ceasefire in Ukraine and maybe an end to the war,most likely through using his go to tactic of intimidation.

I'm afraid with Biden,the current war disaster would have just continued for perhaps another 18 months.

I think the war costs on all sides are getting out of hand and all sides are ready for it to end.

Sorry to hear you have a high average.

In time the dividend should recover your paper losses.

My average buy is at 61.5p but when including dividend it's about 55.7p.

So after next dividend it will be around 54.1p

With interest rates on a slow path perhaps to 3.5% eventually,then hopefully SP will improve.

It seems to me that too much carping at CS.

There has obviously been huge challenges to manage to keep Eurasia functioning and surviving.

I think most people realise a low profile has been needed to keep going.

From the webinar it seems likely a buyer will emerge.

It could still be some time off,for me I can wait but the clock is ticking.

I will hold for up to 40+ months ,but see a deal way before my end of the road timescale.

From the webinar I'm certainly convinced CS is determined to get a sale agreed as soon as possible.

His body language seems to show he's feeling the pressure.

He seems open to any deal that gives best value for shareholders.

For me partial sale maybe the best way forward.

I think any positives that come today will quickly get reflected in SP.

The background of improving metal prices and lower interest rates going forward, may be a catalyst for a sale at a reasonable price .
