As a part-owner of RRR I feel very happy in the use of "we". You shouldn't though. So after this share buyback (and there's me thinking you said RRR/"we" could only monetise those assets by finding a buyer - looks like you knew there was another option after all, naughty naughty!!) remind the good readers what the resultant change was in proportional ownership of JMS by RRR? Ie after "selling" those shares is it not correct that RRR still has exactly the same proportional holding in JMS? Gosh, you know what that reminds me of ... no, don't tell me, it's on the tip of my tongue ... it rhymes with "bell end" I think ...

Is there some secret entity we keep selling our shares to? If so, who? As a bonus question: after receiving this cash, did our percentage ownership of JMS (and thus Tshipi) change? If not, why? Over to you.

Jupiter. You know when we sold the last batch of JMS shares. Who did we sell them to? According to MrM rrr only gets cash from JMS shares if it finds a buyer. But a large amount of cash has come (and will continue to come) to rrr from JMS. So - who did we sell the shares to?

There's an interesting dynamic with Beaufort securities though. Some stock went to BS clients. Since then they've all had their accounts frozen (insofar as no new money can be added). That means ppl are having to churn stock within their p/f to cover positions. That will be doubly difficult for those people who took stock on an extended settlement basis and now have no route to add fresh cash. Both factors may be forcing some ppl in BS to close their positions in PERE. There's often a bit of treadmilling after a placement (e.g. If the broker needs to place out underwritten stock that wasn't taken up ) but the BS unique scenario may also be adding some issues. It will wash out in due course and in the meantime it's quiet period so perfect time to build or add to a position (which is what I am doing).

Gosh. 600m shares you say? Remind me, how many have been issued since last August? I have the authority to buy and eat 50kg of fudge and twiglets from my local Sainsbury's. It's not - fortunately ! - and obligation. The dilution isn't the issue. It's the SP at which the deals are done. All else is chaff.

1.5p (now) to 3p is a bagger. That's not to be sniffed at! That's like UKOG hitting 12p. At the moment this is trading pretty much at cash. The downside is minimal. How much upside? Well I have my own opinion but I do think the outcome is heavily skewed in favour of us making money not losing it. Which is nice.

Go on MrM, knock yourself out and remind us how many shares RRR have issued since the end of August last year? 100m? 250m. Oh my god, not 500m you say? But hang on, the TVR for RRR is only 478m shares, how can this possibly be? Did they IPO with just a single share or something?
