Black Rock is interesting, these guys have been close to THG, they sold at the right time and they are accumulating at this point in time

Guess it’s timing Rock, MM’s accumulate when they know there are buyers, as such we get these movements in the price up 4% down 1%!

Either way stakes being built however they have done it

Any weakness in the share price next week and you can see these guys mopping up everything, it would have to be really bad to get the Shorts to double down here

THG announce Premier Listing , overseas listings maybe, plus margin confirmation/ independent accounts on 3 main entities / ingenuity numbers transparent, there could be a nice short squeeze coupled with same again from the Long activists

Personal opinion, one thing stands out after the movement of share ownership
MM & Qatar have around 17.7% voting rights today - that’s not changed of course

There is now a big chunk of new / existing shareholders holding a sizable stake that could prove problematic at an EGM, not saying that’s going to happen but certainly some positioning going on and Charles Swabb adding 16M as well
Put that into prospective, they had 4M plus and jumped to 21M

No idea Rock, these guys are professionals and know how to trade, they may have built up over March and disclosed end of ?

We know we have 2 activists plus Black Rock up to 16M, we have tweak reductions from 3 of the disclosed shorts - but only small volume from them but reducing

Without doubt institutional investors positioning as the Golden share runs down

The II buyers have a price target, their broker works with MM’s to fill

Guessing but they must place daily, they may enjoy a bit of protection for a percentage of the total, also working in deep pools ,Sparta and Black Rock are old hands at this game

For what it’s worth, personal view, that was a tree shake to capture stock to fill orders
