RokkyRo: Doing things "by the book" (extraordinary AGM) is basically a good idea. Only in this case in order to "force the management to fulfil" certain demands you will need at least a majority (>50%) - if not even a qualified majority (>67%) - depending on the issue. How do you want to get there?
I find Spainish's idea of getting the supervisory authorities to look into this a more promissing approach - although I admit that my hopes are somewhat limited.

So what now Spainish? Are you going to file the complaints you mentioned a few days ago?

Hamm: I guess the "positivity period" has come to an end. As you say: The current (and abnormal) situation imperatively requires an explanation by PM. I am wondering how we can get them to finally provide it?

Spainish: It's a copy paste straight off the government's home page. Consequenty, pls direct your complaint to that source.

at least you're not suggesting to write a letter to Ukhnaagiin Khürelsükh (Prime Minister of Mongolia).

I understand the investors' concerns and frustrations; however, contacting MATAD and/or MB would need to have an impact. Does anyone believe a (physical) letter would be the most effective means for an investor complaint - and if so why?

I am willing to participate in a respective initiative as long as it has a real chance of an impact. Up until now investors are getting the usual standard response "we will notify the market at the right time" (Dozzawba's post of today).

Also: It would be good to state the total holding of the "complaining" investors (in %) - that may have some weight.

Let's make no mistake: As long as PM observes the regulatory requirements for informing the market it would be an act of goodwill to inform its investors (and the market) beyond what they've done until now.

As you mentioned: The "mother of all questions" is: Will the EL be granted in time - full stop. The very existence of PM is dependent on such grant (from my POV). As the approval and grant procedure is not in PM's or Mike Buck's hands I assume they have done everything possible to pave the way for PM's future success as far as they are capable of doing so. As I mentioned earlier a JV may have already been negotiatied and concluded - depending on the EL grant. Once the EL is granted everything could move very quickly.

Let's make no mistake: We all (even those who claim to know more about what is going on) are in a speculative / wishful thinking mode. Nobody knows what is going on behind the scenes.
So to those who are fearful about the possible outcome: Go ahead and sell your shares.
To those who have been on this ride for many, many years (like me) and still hope that this will turn out well: Stick to your investment (if you can).

master82: As some posters have already mentioned - and with whome I agree - PM's funding is largely dependent upon the final grant of the EL; maybe there's even a JV in place which will take effect once the EL is granted (who knows?).
I think we all agree that PM's value and capability to attract a JV Partner is dependent upon that EL. Until then I don't expect to hear anything about the funding issue.

Both of those 3.224 - trades (~ 300K shares) were clearly buys. ATM (and for some time now) it appears to be difficult if not impossible to sell @ > 3.15p. These are MM tactics (making the buying side look worse than it actually is).

You claim that voicing an opinion is suddenly "bullying" - if that were so - it would go bothways. I intend to voice my opinion going forward whether you (or anybody else) likes it or not.
