I had something useful to contribute. Sorry for venting my frustration.
From my simple minded perspective this SP is going down - day for day - until that *idiotic* LP is finally issued. The situation is making me sick. Nobody on this board has been able to identify any obstacles for its issuance. It's all just a question of how long does it take for the admin people to pull their hands out of their as*es.
I hope daily that I'm able to hold on - which I still hope will be worth it.

master: All I am saying is: There is obviously no buyer around willing to pay 4.3p - otherwise you would have been in. According to my information there are plenty of holders around willing to sell at 4.3p.

Master: No need to complain. If you're serious about buying you'll just have to set your buying price higher. The MMs will jump on that.
To me it seems there are a lot of (red) chickens with chopped-off heads running around and selling their holdings.

I am used to the fact that rumours are good for rises but only facts will trigger a sustained SP rise, i.e. LP.
Once again, we just need to be patient (I know: we're hearing that constantly).

SirBob/Bluechipz: As I said earlier today, we all know what we need to get this show moving. It's always the same story:
No (positive) news equates to SP deteriorisation - what a shame! But it is how it always is. We'd all like to know a bit more concerning the LP hold up.

(as usual from my modest POV)
1. We investors all know what is needed for the SP to blast off: grant of LP;
2. There is no obvious obstacle for obtaining the LP;
3. PM have chosen not to inform us investors why things are taking so long - not even that the respective authorities are holding up the process!
4. We long time investors have patience - but our patience is limited and needs to be fed by supporting information - otherwise we may just lose faith and start selling our holdings. That would probably result in a SP nose dive.

Why would GoM let the oil remain in the ground when it could generate revenues for the benefit of Mongolia - irrespective of whether its being shipped to China or not?
