I usually don't respond to queries like yours - but here goes:
The first and foremost issue is finding oil; I'm sure you are aware that Velociraptor has a COS of 20%?
So you see: Getting the oil (if actually found) to a refinery is actually a luxury problem. There is no pipeline (we're in Mongolia!). But don't worry - if there actually is oil it will find its way to the next refinery.

master82's message of yesterday regarding the issuance of the LP may have been a bit premature but not wrong at all. MG, PM and MB all know it is coming....just not as quickly we thought it would.
The "NON-DENIAL" by the Mongolian authorities or rather PM's communications dept. is well thought thru.
I know most of you were not around in January/February 2017 when PM's SP reached highs of 37p. The SP surge happened within about 30 days. PM's communication dept. at the time felt compelled to issue a RNS saying that the company is unaware of any substantial news which would justify the SP rise.
Over the last 2 weeks we've experienced a handsome SP rise which is clearly not (yet) as substantial as in Jan/Feb 2017. However, if the current "rumours" related to the LP were misleading, I would expect to receive a respective RNS to correct that - just like this was done 6 years ago.

Mogbear: Not sure you're up to date on current events. The "EL" has been granted years ago. However, the LP is what all investors have been waiting for (for about 3 years). The respective permit has recently been granted and will be published in the next few days. So stay tuned.

Oh yeah Doc83 this was all a misunderstanding. Well, I guess we'll just have to wait and see. Don't be disappointed with the result - because it will hardly be what you'd like.

Agree with Hamm: MMs playing their usual games. Even if we end up in the red - PM's SP will soon be on track again. So don't get nervous - be happy!
