Would be disappointed in what this BB has had to offer over the last few days/weeks.

I just hope he hasn't walked away because of that.

What's important from my POV is that this company has gone thru extremely rough times and has nevertheless survided; I made my initial investment in PM in February 2010 and I believe the company was founded a few years earlier. Clearly, there have been some people in PM's management who preferred to pursue there own interests and thereby tricking investors (like myself) into investing at high prices. Luckily, I was not heavily invested at the time and was able to mitigate my losses by buying back in at extremely low levels - simply because I believed in PM's enormous potential; it's been a while but that belief has not changed.

The volume and willingness on the sell side is larger than most of us presumed (and don't forget what I said: every Buyer is a potential Seller - everybody's got their price!).

So come on MG and MB get that LP RNS out to the market!

B/P: I could imagine that that GoM & PM Board are in the process of figuring out how to punish you where it hurts you the most. You shouldn't use the word "probably" because that only shows that you are unsure.

Anyway: You'll have to be more specific when posting that type of stuff - unless you agree with being called out as scaremonger.

Speak for yourself C&C. You do not represent other investors - particularly not me!

There's a lot of stuff going thru my head at the moment and PM is just one of those items. I have a family to look out for and would like to make sure that they are (at least financially) well off. I'm sure you can understand.

Actually since February 2010; I am a bit concerned about this LP issue (and all the other stuff which is related to it) as we have been waiting here for quite a while for something to happen. But PM will not budge and choose not to inform its investors (and the market) of the present status - even if the message's content could be wishy-washy.

Just to make it clear:

1. I am not a scaremonger / de-ramper or whatever you want to call it;

2. Now as before I believe in PM's potential + success

3. We all can only speculate on PM's financial situation, i.e. what the burn rate of its cash holdings looks like (and subsequently how soon the next placing will need to take place) if the Heron oil revenues can't solve that problem.

4. I have no clue about certain posters' hidden agendas. They may very well have one - or may not.

5. I could sell my lot now and make more than £110K - but I choose not to do so because I believe in PM.

6. I consider the current situation to be frustrating.

Make no mistake: I have been and still am a PM believer. It's just that we only have one life and that - unfortunately - does not last forever. So the question is when is the best time to jump ship. I am hopeful that 2023 will catapult PM to new spheres and I will be glad to be part of it. But once that happens I will have to figure out how I want to continue (for the sake of my wife and kids).

So here I am now and am no longer willing to hold on to my share holding if the SP finally reaches the highs I expect (beyond 50p).

I therefore hope the SP will rise as I expect/hope so you other investors can finally get rid of me.

There are in fights going on here, i.e.......who's right or wrong or who should or shouldn't make predictions or even commit to them. WhoTF cares? Does anyone on this BB claim to be capable of making a difference to the outcome?

You can be daring, cautious or just plain fearful when deciding on buying or selling PM shares.

This is my take: I've been invested in PM for 13 years. I started with about 70k at an idioticly high price (im comparison to the current SP). I held on and could've sold - for a very nice profit. Didn't do it (unfortunately).

My point is that every Buyer - even you - will sell at a certain point in time. When is up to you but it will happen - that's why you're invested right? Selling your share holding may be profitable and I hope for you and all other investors it will be.

Whether or not your research is good you may ultimately be lucky and make a profitable sale. Being lucky doesn't mean you're an idiot - does it?

I suggest you calm down and accept that the daily sales have nothing to do with good/bad research.

the "selling spree" will continue more or less daily; as i said recently: every buyer is a seller.

LSE has got a problem with its BBs - at least with PM's BB.

WOS: It's great to have a well informed and positive poster on this BB.

However, when you talk about price rises you mean all the good vibes which will ultimately get the market in a positive mood. That has nothing to do with sustainability and even if all systems appear to be "go" there are some investors (like myself) on this BB who would finally (in my case since 2010) like to see this company generate revenues and not just potential - I've seen enough of that; it's great, but only as long as it lasts.

I'm not in this for the short term gain - that's not enough (for me). PM's SP will only make sustainable gains once the company finally starts generating revenues.

But Leveller45's point is well taken - that's exactly the question. Of course: one more of those issues we can only speculate on but an important one. No point in sticking our heads in the sand even if we don't like the possible answer.
