You are just another one of those investors who believe to know that any and everything PM is doing is not in the investory interest. If you look at the results since 2019 that would seem correct. However, I personally don't believe that any of the smart alecs on this BB would have done any better - quite to the opposite. There are certainly a lot of investors who would agree with that statement.

So I consider it to be absolutly fair and logical to confront you with the proposal to move on if everything (management, strategy etc,) is so terrible with PM. Why is that so difficult to understand?

"Don't tell me what to do" is an extremely cheap excuse and serves the only purpose not to tell everyone that you ultimately still believe in PM's success.

The "amusement factor" b/p refers to appears to be sufficient (from his pov) to continue with his bad mouthing. Not everybody agrees with that - starting with me.

If we PIs need to wait for the refinery to get operational and that is announced by PM's management:

We will all have to kiss any postive change to the SP goodbye - for a long time.

I hope this is not the avenue PM choose to take.

Excellent suggestion! But who the hell is "we"? Are you going to take the lead on this initiative?

2. Do you know what it means "to take the legal route", i.e. the respective consequences? Or do you just follow master82's recommendations? Oh and BTW: How would you want to make it happen?

3. "Bullet to your head"; good. Would be the "ultima ratio". We're clearly not at that point (yet).

If you had been paying attention to what is going on you would at least confirm that there are political/bureaucratic hurdles in PM's way before the LP can finally be granted - hurdles which are beyond PM's control. You may also have noticed that neither you nor anyone else on this BB is capable of foreseeing how this process develops.

Clearly you can bad mouth anything concerning PM - but don't make the impression you have any clue.
