Doc: Not sure what you're referring to. Grasping to anything that could eventually support your negative stance however, would not surprise me.
We (true) investors have hopes and those don't always come true as soon as hoped.

On the bright side: It should be an opportunity to take a position now as it appears to be clear what is going to happen shortly.
All usual suspects have failed to provide respective proof to the opposite. everyone knows that those posters hate to see positive contributions and tear down anything of the like - pathectic. They claim to be critical/negative for the sake of all of those poor unknowing potential investors - as if those investors needed their help!
These guys have their own agenda - and it's nasty.l
R&h: I would generally agree to that - although the begin of PM's oil extraction operations could be dependent on contractual, admin or other aspects triggered by the LP sign off causing further delays - I truly hope they don't crop up but with PM you never know.
