Analysts at Fisher Investments aren't going bearish at this point. They are expecting recovery. Don't panic Apple-G.
Yes people have and they get a response along these lines:
"We are making every effort to deliver an RTO before the April deadline"
"The market will be updated via the RNS system" etc..
No extra info. Just "wait and see"
So it's four weeks for our news to arrive - or not as the case may be.
So many missed opportunities... Hopefully this isn't one of them!
If AG was expecting to RTO one of his companies into BOU prior to buying warrants etc, then right now he'd probably be trying to avoid liability for insider trading and I don't know how he'd manage that. Couer and Scotia are not happening for this reason IMO.
If AG set about to use his contacts for an RTO target plausibly AFTER acquiring stock/warrants then yes, he could still be integral to the process.
Marko I don't know who lied to you man, I'm sorry to see your attitude shift from hope to despair. It's not over yet though.
sorry, EGM
Two weeks notice for an AGM isn't it?
Is it too late for a name change to BORING OPPORTUNITIES?
Briefly explain what this all means for Boulders?
Cymru I should imagine most Boulders have had a birthday since getting involved, and very possibly all of us will "in due course" lol
...for example he had (had) a Palm Beach property worth $22million. I'm starting to believe that >£500k is not a lot to him. He's in his 70s, no? He could walk away from a trainwreck BOU and still live out his days an extremely successful multi-millionaire. Those warrants? He made a fortune trading warrants because they limit exposure to risk. BOU is an almighty risk.
Sorry to sound negative but with such long radio silence I'm suspecting the worst: deals have collapsed and plans are changing. AG will write it off as a loss and move on. If we weren't suspended you could chase me out of town as a deramper but I've got 18million shares and I want to hope that it's developing somehow.
It's been over two months since the last RNS. The shareholders deserve another before January is out.
"if no news by 12.30pm Tuesday 24th December 2019..." You mean April 2020 surely?
There's clearly been a setback but Xmas isn't the end of the line. I'm as fed up as the rest of you - BOU has tied up my trading pot (outside of the ISA) and I've missed out on some of my former holdings performing great: ALGW, RLD... Like some of you, I thought this was going to happen in the Autumn.
This sucks, but it's not game over just because it's Xmas.
This week I'm breaking up with my eco-warrior girlfriend and in part it is because I voted Tory. I tried to explain that they have been phasing out coal power and implementing all sorts of green policies but she just said it's not enough. She's moving to Brighton to live in a community (squat?).
Also she hates me going to jazz clubs because she's jealous of anything with t!ts and I can't guarantee there's 100% guys there. I guess I'll be going to a lot more gigs in 2020.
Hurry up BOU make me look as though I know what I'm doing so I can impress my next date!
Don't wake me up unless there's an RNS with the name of a business in it.
Uhh guys I'm not clairvoyant but I had a dream last night and BOU shareholders did pretty well. We were awarded 30% share capital of a billion-dollar company.
No point trying to evaluate [company X] without knowing what it is.
