End of. As I said there are few companies who are cash cow and NAV is rich just like RRE but no where near their true value. I’m sure you lot know handful companies too if you have done your research

The thing got RRE up is because of limited shares and it is pretty controlled by board and Pis with limited institutional buys and they are selling or rather reducing risks.

yes I have seen the value metrics and have seen tweets about it too..
doesn't take away the fact people are sitting on massive paper profit and humans act silly...like you;ve seen today when market crashes...this is their investment which takes away the risk...

there are handful of companies I can name who have zero debt and are currently a cash cow and their mcap is no where near where they should be

don't think RRE has seen much of profit taking yet to warrant the 1800p floor level..
