Good rationale Nor, but what you are saying is already well known. That here will be news to sort of the finance, which like you said will be form of a dilution to exising shareholders along with releasing non core assets as PFC has pointed out already. The company believes that it needs to stream line, in fact, a have lean portfolio going forward, focusing much on renewable energy and MENA region., therefore non core assets will be got rid off where the return is far less than new opportunities.
Now, PFC has a notorious habit for having 10% trading swings on almost daily basis for the past few months. ALmost on guarantee 5% swings if you can get it right.
You are also missing the point on current mcap. Current levels are absolute fabrication and hedge funds capitalising on daily swings and taking a gamble on price decrease on the points you mentioned.
In the event, when the RNS on finance deal , further contracts is to come, then..well....its shorts vs long really.
Even the shorts know PFC is on a better path once the deal in complete. The people who are employed to get it sorted are the best in business and the 2 outlets appointed in US and UK.
Good luck, just like us.
