It broke out of that downtrend in early August.

If it holds above £5.20 and recovers from there in the weeks following ex-div, then the breakout would be strongly confirmed and it needs to hold above £5.00 for the breakout to remain in tact.

All the indicators? The 1min, 5min, 15min, 1hour, daily and weekly indicators are all showing as Strong Buy. Why does this make you suspect further falls?

We hit £283.33 and the gap was £283.57 so it filled, according to my chart

It was always looking likely to fill the gap at £2.83.

That's done now so hopefully it will move up from here

Decent yield - 6% ish and on the cusp of completing a transformative acquisition.

Their website says:

"We aim to pay dividends from our net earnings and expect to increase long term dividends from 15% to 33% of earnings while continuing to reinvest in attractive growth opportunities."

No mention of dividends in their latest presentation though.
