But why average up by 125%? There was absolutely no need to do that, even a 10% premium would have been well recieved.

Indeed the bod didn't just pay a 125% premium for nothing, they obviously have much more information about the true value of the company than anyone so just hold and ignore the fud spreaders

It seems like a decent deal, looking at the numbers for projected ebitda for the acquisition, but why would it justify paying a 125% premium to the market price?

Been investing 20+ years and never seen a placing at a 120% premium, really unusual, they must be very confident
