LOl, if you're wanting to time how long the 7 hours runs from, look at your watch when you put it on and set an alarm for 7 hours on, man alive that was tricky. Incidentally as a non share holder you'll not be aware that they were tested to kill the virus for 7 hours it maybe that they work for longer.
