We are all in the same boat with a great big hole in the bottom and we all are wondering just how big this hole is going to be. We believe the value is there, that is why we continue to hold. If we did not think the value is there we would be gone.
A NAV of 11.7p, but that is worthless to us all until others realise the potential value of SEED and start buying it, thus pushing the SP upwards.
As we said yesterday we have a NAV of over 11p, but the SP is half that, while FSJ has a NAV of 97p and is trading at 330p (dropping from 440+ a few weeks ago) . Can you imagine Seed trading at 3.3 times the NAV?
If Seed was to dispose of everything it owned and became a cash shell, just how much do you clever bods think they would realise from a complete disposal of its holdings? This would in fact be a fire sale. The potential amount realised is the real value of Seed, not its NAV. My guess is they would get around 7p-8p a share. That is why we are holding and buying, because we feel it is worth a lot more than we are paying for shares and we will get our money back, eventually.
The BOD need to begin a promotion of SEED pointing out its value etc. to get investors back in to it. It is not just their job to find good companies to invest in to but to show the value of those companies in the SP which they are not succeeding in at the present.
The base problem, we feel is that investors do not like to put their money in to companies that are not quoted as they cannot see the markets valuation of those companies.
Now stop getting at each other as it is not nice just because of your frustration, but support each other in our hour of need.
