Didn't expect linear but achieving cashflow breakeven would be remarkable given that RNS reads like they have a product they are struggling to sell.
I'm down enough here to sit wait and hope however.
Nice to know you're watching our backs thanks.
I'm sure you must have plenty to say on why Richard Griffiths has been buying as many shares as he has given that I'm sure he'll be a lot wiser on the current health and future direction of the business than you or I.
Good morning,
@Blinky
I hear your view but I will say that if you think there aren't many shares out there that have tripled, quadrupled and more due to nothing more than a change in market sentiment you would be wrong. There are many green shoots sprouting in new markets here and for the first time since IPO some very positive coverage from analysts and media and stock market history is littered with valuations that have changed drastically in short time. THG is of course one of them reaching 95% down from highs within 2 years. The tide is now turning, a return toward previous highs is a possibility and far from dillusional. I've been holding here and averaging down over the last two years counting on it.
We just need Moulding to stop putting his foot in it and to come good on his promises.
Ok I stand corrected, 16th Sept 2020 it opened on first day of trading at 600p, not sure why Google chart only goes back to January 2021 🤷👍
Are you sure?
Then why does the Google share price graph start at 796p on 8th January 2021?
Good morning.
I sense the mood of the wider market changing it's view of the THG business for the better, I'm thankful as I've been a holder since my first purchase at 232p.
Very suddenly we are seeing various forecasts of 141p, 272p, 383p, 452p dependant on possible future progress.
My question, surely all of these are extremely conservative when compared with the 800p IPO price of only a few years ago? Where on earth did that figure come from? Surely if the outlook changes to resemble the one sold to SoftBank then forecasts of 800p plus should become a reality again?
Interesting times.
Fook me S2k, I'll bet you don't get invited to many parties, what a flipping misery you are 😂
Fair enough, let's see if it gets a very good reaction shown in the SP.
Mouldings linkedin ramblings are absolutely meaningless and serve no purpose other than to have his ego stroked by his minority happy clapping, back slapping suck asse followers.
He's our CEO FFS, I keep thinking he might grow into his position it's evident that's never going to happen.
Despite Mouldings antics I do believe like the analysts that THG is seriously undervalued and so I'm still buying while patiently waiting for the rebate.
Normal and expected service resumes then.
Yes, I know I sound like Steve 😣
A day in the life of a THG LTH, no one can quite get their head around it being a blue day 🤷 WTF
Surely the whole point of selling assets was to raise capital to prevent as much as possible further placings and share dilution and yet here we are again so close behind the selling of Korean assets?
Polish, I remember you not long ago being THG's most avid supporter and promoter, I'm sure you will be again when you switch bets 😉
Redundancies largely expected due to replacement of their successful automation which to be fair has always been their strategy to be competitive. Ian Mc, that was coming and it's a shot that's been called for on here since the bid debacle. Vivek obviously not cutting the mustard and replaced by someone more suitable although not yet in title. Any Homebase loss is due to their own failing business. As for Jefferies prediction of a poor start to nutrition, well, let's wait for the actual numbers.
Despite MMs apparent failings as a CEO and his lack of love and respect from the market, I do still think from my own research that THG the company is perhaps the most undervalued stock out there today. The worm will turn and I'm taking the opportunity to BUY down here while we can.
Know anyone with a few tractors and muck spreaders for hire? Still not sure he'd get the message however.
Linkedin I've already been blocked twice from his linkedin page for airing my discord. I can't help wonder though about all of the posts of praise and backslapping on there, they must be from people that know more/different to us or fictional characters generated by Mouldy himself 🤔
I feel we all realise that the current SP has no relevance to the performance of any of the divisions within the company but is purely a measure of that half wit Mouldings
popularity.
When McDonald suggested to him he may not be the right man to fulfill CEO duties he should have listened instead of telling him to p**s off, we all might have been far better off.
As it is value will still come just less sure of the timeline.
Is it too early to suggest that the storm here is eventually passing and a path pack to 180p and above can be seen 🤞
There has to come a time that for anyone at all to make money here they have to let it go, stalemate as it is is not making money for anyone 🤷
Staff being incentivised and encouraged by share awards isn't an uncommon practice, the frustrating attitude of investors toward it here is purely to do with the dire SP performance. On the bright side whoever is responsible for the handouts must be expecting their value to increase. Patience.
