They will want to see their share price recover significantly before undertaking any new placing.

In resume, this is what the next few months will be all about.

I assume "forthcoming months" means about 6 months, so through to the year-end.

But prudence means they won't leave it until the last minute to raise additional funds, which is why I expect them to press ahead as fast as they sensibly can with Balcombe and Saltfleetby, to raise the credibility of both projects and get their share price up.

The Bouygues family's SCDM bought in a very distinctive pattern: they would buy through the day, starting with, say, 2m, then bumping that figure up to 2.5m, then 3m, then bump it up further to,say, 4m, 5m, 6m, etc and ending the day at, say, 10m or more.

It was very visible buying by the same buyer.

It's why there must always be a doubt as to whether their involvement was never anything more than a financial operation.
