Don't understand this comment.

It's no longer a loan to a director, it's a loan to a member of staff.

Nothing special except given a loan is a liability on the books. If it doesn’t get paid back the tax liability belongs to JTP ...

The loan to JT-P is an asset in ANGS's books, not a liability.

But you can't remove JT-P as a significant shareholder, it cannot be done, he has every right to invest his money where he chooses to do.
