YL, my suggestion may have sounded facetious, but the point made is a serious one.

JT-P is the company's founder, a significant shareholder and, on the evidence of PV's resignation, can mobilise the largest block of shares in the company.

Imho, the simplest way to counter his influence would be to mount a take-over bid.

If you are not prepared to do this, then to complain about his influence is a bit like complaining that the Earth is round: you can complain every day for the next 10 years, but the Earth still won't become flat.

Isn't the solution for you to mount a take-over bid? Then you will have control of the company.

But when you were an optimist, YL, with hindsight, you should have been a pessimist.

So, now that you are, in your terms, a "realist", one wonders what, with hindsight, you should have been.

The logical implication is that those who accuse ANGS management of misleading them are accusing JT-P of misleading himself.
