Appointments generally start when someone is appointed, not when someone knows they will take the job if and when it is offered to him/her.

My comment wasn't designed to make anyone feel more positive, it was just pointing out that YL had plucked his 95% from the ether.

The close before the Brockham RNS of 28/06/19: 3.55p

At 0.85p, the share price is showing a decline of 76% since then.

In retrospect, therefore, Brockham represented 76% of the share price.

But, with Balcombe and Saltfleetby approaching in the near/nearish future, should that still hold true?

Time will tell, but I suspect not everybody will approach Balcombe in the same frame of mind as yours.

Because Balcombe is a horizontal well in the Kimmeridge in the "sweet spot" of the Weald basin, it is going to generate a great deal of interest.

No amount of negativity on this board will make the slightest difference to that.

ANGS's RNS of 20/12 was on the Friday before the Xmas and New Year weeks - I expect WSCC found themselves under-staffed during those 2 weeks!
