Like-for-like retail revenues for the first 13 weeks of the current financial year decreased by 5.4% (2019: decreased by 1.4%). As announced on 26 November 2019, retail like-for-like revenues across the first eight weeks of the quarter decreased by 7.2%. For the final five weeks of the quarter performance improved significantly, with the decrease in retail like-for-like revenues reducing to 1.4%.

So after the December 31, 2019 allotement, Tellurian Investments LLC held a total of 463,448,088 ordinary shares representing approximately 6.4% of the total voting rights.

It'll become clearer as they reduce their holding from here, the next threshold being 6%.

They clearly weren't aware of their declaration obligations and have sought to make amends with this declaration.

At 31/12/19, looks as if they've sold c143.667m of their original holding.

The grant of options increases the issued share capital, as shown in the RNS Deanhopeful cited below.

You could well be right re the closed period, Penguins - good point!

The 30/09/18 full year results were RNS'd on 20/03/19.

The 31/12/19 options were in that annual report.

Any change to those options would have needed an RNS since then.

Where an RNS would be required is if SS, as a Director, had exercised his options and retained any of the shares.

Thank you, but those are new options.

It looks, however, as if the shares underlying the 31/12/19 expiry options had already been issued, so their exercise would not change the company's issued share capital.

So where is the RNS?
