The jury is out on the capex requirement for Saltfleetby.

As Alan2017 points out, the most likely scenario in the CPR indicates a cost of £2.79m (pp46, 52)

But the effective date of the CPR is 28/02, before the oil price crash provoked by the Saudi Arabia/Russia stand-off and the coronavirus.
