A total of 18.9m shares have gone through since the close, although trades 158, 159 and 160 are not yet showing in detail (not on the site I'm using, anyway).

As far as I'm aware, he had declared stakes in 2 AIM stocks, ANGS and PRIM.

He disposed of his ANGS stake, bought further into PRIM and is now 1 of 3 behind a requisition to replace management at that company.

I've not been following this, but I see Rupert Labrum is up to 17.6% in PRIM and is one of 3 directors on a slate to replace existing management following the requisition of a GM.

Could this mean the disposal of his shares in ANGS constituted recognition on his part of the good work GL is doing at ANGS?

Seems like someone has got a hold of some potential positive news coming out, no other reason for it to jump to +20% out of nowhere.

The reason I can think of is that it is grossly undervalued and doesn't take too much buying to raise the price!

Looking at the warrants outstanding at 30/11/19 on page 49 of the last annual report, there are:

88m at 0.3p, which would raise £264k if fully exercised;

218.75m at 0.32p, which would raise £700k if fully exercised.

All of the above warrants have vested.

That's quite a big raise, in relative terms, 26.3% of current market cap.

Speaks of at least a 2 to 3 times premium for Clogau gold, maybe more.
