Aleph will also need to agree the funding of the Saltfleetby Finance Facility with its funding partners.

Sounds to me as if Aleph is conducting the due diligence on behalf of its funding partners.

For myself, the expensive part of the facility is the % of gross revenues, but they do only kick in after repayment of the facility, by which time, hopefully, ANGS will look a rather different company than today.
